To Work with the Product Managers and other stakeholders to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories.
To coordinate, execute, supervise and finalize Agile projects according to deadlines and specifications of the stakeholders. This includes working with its line manager in hiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The Delivery Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Proven experience using a wide range of Project management Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc) principles and practices (automation, simple design, etc).
• Proven experience in the guidance to tech team on project execution as well as getting involved with systems and design to get requirements done.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process.
• At least Intermediate-Advanced written and verbal English skills.
• Strong consulting, project management, change management and facilitation skills required
• Must have strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
• A Bachelor degree, or in progress, preferable in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Key Duties:

• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
• Removing obstacles or ‘blockers’ to progress
• Manage project development from beginning to end.
• Assess new and existing processes, perform analysis & devise process improvements solutions
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports (burndown, velocity, OKRs, etc), proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
