Role description
We are seeking for a Product Specialist to join our Product Management Team to work in the development of our Value Capture Platform, an integrated sustainable and flexible digital product that supports business operations in the collection of the revenue from our biotechnology business.
Product Specialists work closely with software engineers and Product Managers to guide products from conception to launch, focused on internal IT Processes and tools that support our software development model and our way of working. The role is expected to support vital activities during the life cycle of our product, managing the Quality and delivery processes as well as monitoring the performance of our product after launching, by monitoring the support model and the adoption of our solutions.
Responsibilities
Understand Product functionalities and internal design of the system:
o Architecture
o The core functionalities
o Pain points
o Procedures and jobs
o interfaces diagrams of the product
o Audit processes.
Monitoring and coordination of the activities related to Incident Management
o Aging Monitoring
o Escalation
o Task Forces coordination
o Workaround coordination
Take ownership and follow up of problem management activities
Coordination and support to users in UAT and Quality activities in general
Release Plan Management
o Planning
o Communication
o Facilitation
Monitoring and analysis of our product once launched to production
Metrics of adoption and user happiness (Google HEART)
Required qualifications
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of Product specialist, Product Owner, Technical Lead, project
manager or software engineer. Scrum experience required.
Advanced Written and Oral English.,
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an
innovative and fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve
product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
Ability to think strategically about technology and execute as necessary
Flexibility and agility to learn new things and take new responsibilities
Additional Qualifications
Between 30 and 50 years old, Ideally
Experience in quality software, testing, etc
Metrics and KPI Design experience
Project Management Knowledge
