We are looking for a well experienced and talented data analyst to join our successful and growing BI & Analytics team. You’ll apply your technical expertise to help, solve, inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

● 3+ years experience with databases, development and complex data manipulation using SQL.
● Well proven experience in any reporting tool.
● Experience distilling complex data from web services, data warehouses, structured and unstructured sources and converting data into simple KPIs, reports, visualizations, dashboards and scorecards to drive insights.
● Experience performing cleansing, transformation and validation on the data subject assuring its quality.
● Detail oriented, great analytical, presentation and communication skills.
● Intermediate or higher written and verbal English skills.
● Proficiency with Python and common data science and machine learning libraries is prefered.
● Google Analytics knowledge preferred.
● Experience working in e-learning or higher education is a plus.

technologies, methods and tools, you will be working alone or with multi-disciplinary team
members reporting, analyzing and assuring data quality to uncover useful information for the
Academics area.
You’ll work as a link between business stakeholders and the data, generating business insights and enabling data-driven business decision-making.

Additional responsibilities:

● Support the generation and editing of various academic operations reports to assist in the Academic department’s planning, research, needs, goals, and objectives.
● Automate reports/dashboards to foster self-service business intelligence.
● Design, execute, and assemble data reports for ad-hoc analysis when needed.
