Buscamos un Analytics Manager

Responsibilities:
Work with teams in multiple geographic locations to ensure operation best practices are being
followed
Mentor team in the development of measurement plans and executed analysis based on
requirements within the plans
Ensure the delivery of clear, concise and accurate analytic products and services
Master of insight generation, turning data into insightful findings and business recommendations for
both website and email programs
Drive process improvement and quality control for key deliverables
Proactively identifies issues and escalates them when necessary
Drive data quality and a build team that confirms data integrity and perform analyses to identify
trends
Ability support ad-hoc analysis, summarizing results, and identify actionable insights
Ability to independently identify opportunities for analysis
Prioritize own tasks and workload in addition to mentoring and leading the team
Works effectively with partners and/or other suppliers to deliver overall solutions to clients
Understanding of marketing principles and how to leverage data to make decisions
Demonstrates ability to identify potential pitfalls that may lead to specific project issues or
data/implementation concerns
Identifies areas of opportunity for the team to improve quality and drive efficiencies
Effectively communicate status of projects both verbally and in writing to leadership and clients
Effectively communicate roadblocks, and identify ways to mitigate risks, escalating at-risk projects to
management
Education and Experience:
Previous experience managing large (5+ analyst) high performing teams strongly desired
Working knowledge of web site analytic platforms including Adobe Marking Cloud products (Site
Catalyst, Ad-Hoc Analysis), Google Analytics, Tableau and Power BI
Previous analytic, implementation or QA experience leading projects desired, preferably in a
Marketing environment.
Self-starter with analytic experience in an Agency or Marketing environment a plus
Experience in Digital Analytics (Web, Online Advertising, Search, Social)
Must demonstrate strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of identifying significance
Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Pride in work product with high accountability, initiative, and thought leadership
Must be able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Marketing
preferred
Highly accountable with the ability to work well within a group as a team lead, as well as
independently
Demonstrated ability to appropriately delegate responsibility and authority when required
Highly accountable self-starter with the ability to work well within a group, as well as independently
Drives relationships with partners and/or suppliers to deliver an overall solution to the client so
curiosity for the big picture is key
Knowledge of analytic tag debugging software (httpfox, Observe point, Charles) and/ or web
developer tools preferred.
Highly self-motivated, professional with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding
environment with minimal supervision
