We are looking for a passionate BI & Data Analyst  to join our client team and help people land their dream jobs using data. You will be the owner of different data related initiatives with direct impact on the business to solidify in its fast growing
remote work space. Your primary goal is to use a vast amount of data, tools and best practices to perform integrations, automations and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

● Responding to BI Request tickets from across the company, ranging from one-off analyses to new dashboards.
● Data Standardization, testing and Visualizations.
● Integrating data sources into our data warehouse.
● Meeting with departments to ensure their data needs are being met.
● Automating both internal and external reporting.
● Creating alerts to provide immediate notifications to team members.

Requirements:

● 2+ years of experience using Power BI.
● 2+ years of experience working with recruiting teams.
● 1+ years of experience in the Data Analyst role in a product or technical team or equivalent professional experience.
● 1+ years of experience with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
● 1+ years of experience working with Data Warehouses and Kimball’s dimensional modeling.
● 1+ year of experience in Python.
● 1+ year of experience using CRM systems

● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to present complex data sets through clear and interesting visualizations.
● Flexible, proactive attitude.
● Advanced English and Spanish.

Nice to have:

● Knowledge of stored procedures and window functions.
● Preferably experience with Hubspot or Zoho CRM systems
● Basic understanding of software development processes, languages, technical tools and best practices.
● Knowledge of Product Management metrics
