• Manage all aspects of user and license management including user provisioning and deprovisioning, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
• Implement global Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, Workflow, Lightning App Builder, custom fields, page layouts, Dynamic forms, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
• Design, develop, maintain Salesforce reports & dashboards for end users and leadership within the company
• Resolve issues submitted to internal help desk ticketing system • Supports and manages applications connected to Salesforce, including, but not limited to, PDFButler, RapidProducts, SharinPix and other packaged applications deployed to support the business
• Effectively applies critical thinking to understand and solve complex business, makes well thought-out decisions to develop creative solutions making quickly and positively the most of the SFDC platform.
• Works with Architect, Developers, and Business Process team to deliver business solutions to established Stakeholders
• Participates in solution brainstorming, research, decision making and testing

• Follows established standards for design, analysis, build, test, documentation, and release management
• Ensures proper security models are in place and maintained for data access
• Migrate changes between environments using DevOps tools
• Participates in release readiness rituals to ensure new Salesforce platform releases are rolled out smoothly to the organization
• Maintains Salesforce certification(s) and continues to develop professionally
• Develop and execute data backup and recovery strategy


• Bachelor’s degree
• Project Management experience or certification a plus
• 5-7 years hands-on administration experience with preferably within Service Cloud and/or Field Services
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce product knowledge and Salesforce Platform App Builder (preferred)
• Must have a “roll up your sleeves and let’s get the job done right” type attitude
• Demonstrated qualities of integrity, credibility, and professional responsibility

• Basic knowledge of formula building inside of Salesforce including syntax, functions, and operators
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining declarative automation
