We are looking for a Social & Graphic Designer with proven experience to create and develop visual designs across Keyway.

Responsibilities and opportunities 

• Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual solutions for a wide variety of communication projects.
• Expertly develop and proof agency-quality PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations from beginning to end for a variety of audiences. This includes the creation of charts and graphs, infographics, presentation visuals, illustrations, and other materials as needed.
• Work independently with internal stakeholders to understand and support their strategic initiatives through simplified storytelling
• Ability to derive compelling story narratives from complex strategies 
• Art direction and design for Social media (instagram, linked in and facebook. Develop new ideas and concepts
• Creation of typographic and branding systems.
• Maintain consistent graphic standards.
• Flexibility in juggling multiple projects

About You

• 3+ years in Brand or Design 
• You have a track record of creating beautiful and functional design systems across multiple channels but are also excited to immediately dive in and work on high priority needs
• Experience in designing for digital and print, including emails and social 
• Obsession with customer perspective and experience and the ability to simplify complex concepts with visual storytelling.
• Conceptualize projects, propose multiple ideas, and execute the final product
• Impeccable organization and project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects with many stakeholders
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); 
• Knowledge of Sketch/Figma are a bonus
• Experience with coding and video a plus Have experience preparing collateral for print production, and coordinating with vendors
• Advanced level of English
