This role will work with the Client Technology Analytics Support team and will be responsible to provide operational level 2 support for production applications in the Azure cloud and on-prem environments. Responsibilities involve managing Azure Cloud services, daily management of incidents, operational maintenance and support, development support, and proactive/preventative analysis of systems.

Mandatory Skills:

Troubleshooting y dando soporte a Azure.

Al menos 3 años de experiencia en el rol.

No es excluyente el conocimiento en Azure analytics.

Excelente comunicación en inglés.

Good to have below skills:

  • Experience working with SSIS/ETL
  • Good to have knowledge on Ansible.
  • Experience with SQL Server development
  • Experience with SSIS Scheduled Jobs
  • Knowledge of Stored Procedures, and Data Transformation Services
  • Understanding on the procedures to carry out activities like AD Group creation, User Management (User Creation, Access rights, deletion etc)

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Fluent in English language, written and verbal
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in skill set and in job responsibilities listed.
  • Certifications (Desirable)
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
