We are looking for a QA Automation Architect to work in the office of our client in BA office to make the team even stronger.

We need a QA Architect to set up and manage effective communication among the internal customer, development team, and QA team, analyze the requirements and translate them into the test cases; look for opportunities to improve the test coverage for both manual and automated tests; reduce time-to-market by improving the testing process and overall product quality. In addition, the QA Lead is expected to be accountable for crafting test strategies, test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partnering with Development, Functional QA, PM and CESS teams for achieving common goals and team integration;
Be hands on lead contributor to cross-project automation framework;
Driving adoption and adaption of new automation and new QA processes;
Working with internal clients to define high-level quality deliverables;
Improving and maintaining extensive testing framework, both for manual and automated test cases;
Identifying, analyzing, and documenting problems, reviewing software documentation, planning test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates;
Examining, validating, and testing large scale software development and deployment projects;
Creating the overall test strategy and test plans for testing software applications including performance, automation, integration, release an internal tools.
Coordinating test strategy in collaboration with Development, IT and PM leads.
Participating in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems;
Reviewing software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated ability to identify and setup tools for Regression testing, Data Validation, and Defect trackin
• Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams;
• Strong Python or JAVA developing skills given for more than 4 years hands on working with the language;
• Proven ability to develop test documentation, including test plan, test strategy, test cases, and test results report;
• Ability to facilitate and help and coach colleagues to succeed in ongoing Agile transformation and adaptation;
• 2+ years of experience in working with Agile methodologies and practices;
• 5+ years of experience in leading testing teams.
• In-depth experience with not record-playback, real Object Oriented frameworks;
• Hands-on current or past experience building and adopting automation frameworks;
• 7+ years of software testing and consulting experience;

• NICE TO HAVE:

• Test automation experience, preferably with Selenium.
• Experience in testing large scale ERP systems.
• Strong Python, Ruby or JAVA developing skills given for more than 4 years hands on working with the language;
