Responsibilities:

 Prospecting and creating leads of potential Publishers,
 Recruit Publishers (Websites / Mobile apps) to work, buy and manage their inventory,
evaluating possible deals, organizing and launching sales strategy and up-sale of new
products, With focus on Publishers of English speaking countries as well as worldwide,
 Define and identify key performance metrics and report on them daily, weekly and monthly
 Present reports/analyses (in person or electronically) that contain valuable, actionable
insight to a wide range of team members, from entry-level to senior executives, as well as to publishers,
 Up-sale of company products with the goal of increasing revenue growth by identifying new opportunities
 Maintain knowledge of media technology, supply side platforms, buy side platforms and
analytics tools

 Strong sales oriented
 Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations
 Expertise in Microsoft Excel, the ability to create charts and graphs based on data analysis
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Must be highly organized with excellent follow-through
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Must demonstrate the ability to communicate the big picture and drill down to supporting details
 Excellent ability to multi-task and close attention to detail a must
 Strong judgment skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

 High English Level, written and spoken
 High degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive
 Eagerness to work in a dynamic environment that will be rapidly changing
 BS or BA preferred
