Our client is looking for a Salesforce Application Support SSR/SR
Must Have:
Functional knowledge and experience on B2B
● Technical product knowledge of SalesForce
● Expertise in developing B2B/B2C applications
● Good communication skills. Bilingual – Spanish and English
● Extensive knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, workflows rules, validation rules, approval processes,page layouts and other administrative configurations
● Good knowledge of managing data (exporting/importing) in Salesforce
Good-to-Have
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Marketing and Service Clouds
● Strong core consulting skills – communication, organization and planning, work ethic, client facing and interpersonal.
● Experience in scoping, requirements gathering/definition, configuration/programming, testing and support.
● Salesforce Certified Administrator
