We are looking for a Senior Ruby Developer to join our team for one of our offshore projects, related to educational programs for all ages, from school-age children to executive adults.

Our client’s great differential is the approach it gives to education since, in addition to academic curricular content; it focuses education with a different social vision to other online education platforms.

The platform is designed to be inclusive and is developed to be used by all people, regardless of whether someone has some type of disability.

Technologically, we work with Ruby on Rails and REACT for the educational platform, but we also have technological needs that go beyond Ruby and REACT: UX and data analysis and generation of metrics.

Required experience and skills:

Verifiable experience no less than 5 years of development under Ruby
Level of English “upper-intermediate” or “advanced” in order to hold technical meetings (‘conference calls’) with technical profiles of the client
Web service protocols: SOAP, WSDL, XSD, XML
Network protocols: HTTPS, SSL, TSL, SSO
Proven experience in agile frameworks (SCRUM, preferably)
Experience working with remote teams
Tools: Perforce, gradle, make
Operating Systems: Windows 8, 10
