Technical Competencies:

10+ years of Python experience

Experience working with Docker, Flask (with uwsgi), Gunicorn, Nginx, and Logging
Experience working with AWS (preferred), Azure, Heroku, or Google Cloud Services
Knowledge working with relational and non-relational databases, MongoDB (pymongo) and Redis
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Understanding software design concepts and task estimates
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git

Must Haves:

Tech-savvy but also a true Python enthusiast who has built his last experience around the Python world
Cam coach the development team in python good practices
A strong sense of ownership
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with technical and business partners
Can take on full projects from beginning to end
