We’re looking for a Sr. Product Designer to join our client! in Buenos Aires.

What you will be doing

Solving problems of real users in our platform.
Participating in product sessions, analysis, and workshops that help to define those problems.
Working in the Product Design team with substantial autonomy and a strong impact on the product.
Creating lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes, end-designs, and interactions for both apps, desktop & mobile web.
Estimating time, prepare, and deliver the required assets on time.
Designing concepts and experiments together with the Research team.
Working closely with Product Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers.
Tracking the evolution of released projects and propose improvements.
Sharing knowledge and learning from international teams.
Building the design culture approach in the company.

Who we’re looking for:

Proficiency in prototyping tools.
Deep understanding of cross-platform design, micro-interaction, and design systems (Desktop & mobile web, Android and iOS).
Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design.
Someone who can explain solutions, decisions made and the ideas behind them to the team and stakeholders.
Advise, collaborate with and synthesize feedback from Product designers, analytics and researchers.
Deep understanding and a high degree of empathy for the customer experience, and use it to create practical solutions. Initiative to identify problems and act on opportunities to improve the product.
Experience in release cycles and know what details matter at each stage, how to motivate engineers to get the fit and finish right.
Referent for other Product Designers and capable to communicate ideas in English (oral and written).
