We are looking for a SR UX/UI Designer, with the following skills:

BA/BS or advanced degree in relevant field preferred or demonstrated comparable experience designing commercial software products.
5+ years of experience in digital design and software development.

Strong project leadership skills, including client management experience.

Proven ability to lead and translate UX research into design strategies.

Competency in all UX practices and disciplines.

Ability to articulate and educate internal and external teams on UX practices.
Experience designing across platforms and devices.
Experience designing iOS/Android native applications.
Experience working with distributed teams and clients.
Good written and verbal communication skills (in English).
Mature knowledge of Agile and SDLC concepts, practices, and techniques.
Innovative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Demonstrates leadership by example and mentors others.
Professional portfolio of work and references.

Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
