We are currently looking for a Technical Lead. This is a full-time, long term and remote position to work from Argentina.

What You Will Do:

• Provide high fidelity project planning and management.
• Lead and inspire a team of web development as they design, build, test and support world-class web applications.
• Active participant in screening and recruiting Development  candidates.
• Drive an efficient and effective Agile software development process to manage a deep backlog and launch iteratively developed products.
• Lead the team’s technical design process.
• Oversee coding activities to ensure quality and security.
• Ensure clear alignment between team’s goals and objectives and Project’s goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ Years operating as a Technical Team Lead.
• Experience  With PHP, Python, JS, unit testing, +3 years as Technical Lead, front end experience and CI/CD.
• Experience building fully internationalized and localized web applications deployed to customers globally in a CI/CD framework.
• TDD orientated
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• BS in Computer Science, MS Preferrer.
