Description: As a Software Developer specializing in AI model building and OpenAI Assistants API development, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and fine-tuning small-scale, non-foundational AI models. You will also be responsible for the retraining and fine-tuning of existing models to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, you will
contribute to the development of applications and services utilizing the OpenAI Assistants API.

Responsibilities:

AI Model Building:
Design, develop, and implement small-scale AI models to address specific business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously enhance model-building techniques.

Model Retraining/Fine Tuning:

Implement retraining and fine-tuning strategies for existing AI models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and adaptability.
Work closely with data scientists to analyze model performance and identify areas for enhancement.
Develop and maintain documentation for retraining processes to ensure scalability and reproducibility.

OpenAI Assistants API Development:

Utilize the OpenAI Assistants API to integrate intelligent features into applications and services.
Collaborate with the development team to architect, implement, and optimize API-based solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues, ensuring seamless integration with our software offerings.

Collaboration and Communication:
Engage in effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI model building, retraining, and fine-tuning.
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI technologies, particularly the Assistants API.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum English Level: С1 Proficiency
