As a Lead Software Engineer within Global Technology Infrastructure Platforms Team, you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way.
As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.
| Experience: - 5+ years experience building end-to-end integrations utilizing REST APIs, message queues, ETL frameworks - Expertise with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS - PaaS, serverless, containers - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js,React, Java Script - Experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Docker - Knowledge of Git workflows, DevOps practices, CI/CD automation - Understanding of messaging protocols like HTTP, AMQP, MQTT, WebSockets - SaFe Agile ExperienceSoft Skills: - Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Adaptable to working in different regional LATAM contexts - Self-driven and able to manage complexity in integrations - Passionate about technology and learning new skillsCultural Fit: - Embraces collaboration, drive for innovation, and a focus on continuous improvement - Thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering regional impact - Promotes knowledge sharing, best practices, and high quality standardsRecruiters should look for candidates with a strong technology background in integrations coupled with the ability to lead, mentor, and adapt solutions to regional Latin American markets.
