Key Responsibilities:

Develop User Interfaces: Build responsive, interactive, and visually appealing UI components for web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native workflows.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, project managers, and QA testers to translate designs into functional applications and ensure smooth integration.
Code Quality and Maintenance: Write clean, modular, and efficient code, perform code reviews, refactor existing components, and maintain coding standards.

Performance Optimization: Profile and improve front-end performance, troubleshoot issues, and debug complex problems.
Project Participation: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and contribute to project timelines and deliverables.

Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of front-end codebases and workflows for team reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js principles, including state management, lifecycle methods, and component-based architecture.
Frameworks and Tools: Familiarity with Redux, Flux, Webpack, Node.js, Yarn, and other React ecosystem tools.
Cross-Platform Development: Experience with React Native for mobile app development is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
Collaboration and Communication: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
