About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ to join an innovative and fast-growing fintech company based in Canada.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions that support complex order management processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations using Salesforce's latest cloud technologies while integrating with multiple backend systems.

What You'll Do
- Design, configure, and maintain complex Salesforce CPQ solutions, including:
- Product catalogs
- Product bundles
- Pricing rules
- Product rules
- Discounting
- Approval processes
- Quote lifecycle management
- Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and refine requirements, and translate them into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Lead solution design discussions by recommending the best technical approach, communicating trade-offs, and promoting Salesforce best practices, especially when requirements are not fully defined.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations to extend CPQ and Revenue Cloud capabilities.
- Work independently to identify opportunities for improvement, clarify requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring accurate product configuration, pricing, quoting, and overall platform reliability.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in testing, validation, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives across Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, including:
- Complex product setup
- Product catalogs
- Bundles
- Pricing rules
- Product rules
- Discounting
- Approval workflows
- Quote lifecycle management
- Strong experience combining Salesforce configuration and development.
- Proven ability to deliver Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions through both:
- Advanced CPQ configuration
- Custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations.
- Ability to work autonomously, make sound technical decisions, and drive solutions from requirements through delivery.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Important: Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on integrations and APIs, without substantial Salesforce CPQ configuration expertise, will not be considered.
