Senior Full Stack Developer (TypeScript + Python) – ID#00359

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a distributed engineering team working on a production-grade, multi-tenant SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience across the full stack, with React and TypeScript on the frontend and Python/FastAPI or Node.js on the backend. You are comfortable working with complex, data-intensive applications and building interfaces that remain fast, intuitive, and reliable at scale.

You will be working within an established architecture rather than building a greenfield product. This means being comfortable reading and understanding existing code, making sound feature-level technical decisions, and improving the platform incrementally without unnecessarily redesigning it.

The role also requires a strong security mindset, experience with multi-tenant SaaS environments, and the ability to communicate and defend technical decisions in English with senior stakeholders.

This is a 6-month temporary opportunity with the possibility of extension.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready features independently.
• Strong hands-on production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with MUI, styled-components, or equivalent design-system/component libraries.
• Proven experience building data-heavy enterprise applications, including administration and configuration screens, complex filtering, and large interactive data tables using ag-Grid or equivalent technologies.
• Significant backend experience with Python/FastAPI or Node.js, together with working proficiency in the other technology.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including relational data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, Okta, JWT, and role-based access control (RBAC) within API-based applications.
• Practical experience implementing security in multi-tenant SaaS environments, including tenant isolation and data access controls.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools, with the ability to review and validate generated code effectively.
• Experience integrating LLM-powered capabilities into web applications is highly valued.
• Ability to understand and work effectively within an existing application architecture.
• Strong autonomy and the ability to make, explain, and defend technical decisions at the feature level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including confidence communicating with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an async, distributed environment across teams located in Europe, India, and the Americas.
  
  Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong, hands-on production experience with React and TypeScript, including MUI, styled-components, or an equivalent design-system component library.
• Data-heavy enterprise UI: admin and configuration screens, multi-level filtering, large interactive tables via ag-Grid or equivalent, at real data volumes.
• Significant experience with either Python/FastAPI or Node.js.
• Solid SQL and hands-on PostgreSQL experience, including query optimization and relational data modeling.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake or data modeling and pipelines in a data warehouse environment.
• Experience with Mapbox GL or similar web-based geospatial visualization technologies.
• Experience with amCharts, D3, or equivalent data visualization libraries.
• Experience with Nx or comparable monorepo tooling.
• Familiarity with Azure Web PubSub, Redis Cache, or Azure Blob Storage.
• Previous participation in architecture-level technical discussions or decision-making forums.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver features across a commercial intelligence platform, covering React/TypeScript interfaces, administrative and configuration screens, and high-volume data tables.
• Develop and maintain APIs using Python/FastAPI and Node.js.
• Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries against PostgreSQL.
• Design the appropriate technical implementation and code structure for assigned features and user stories.
• Work within the existing application architecture and identify areas where architectural evolution may be required.
• Contribute to adjacent technical areas when needed, including data pipelines, query changes, data visualization, geospatial features, and AI-enabled functionality.
• Develop secure functionality within a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative planning.
• Take ownership of the quality and maintainability of the code you deliver.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute effectively to a distributed, asynchronous engineering environment.
