Senior UX/UI Designer Position Type: 6-Month Contract (Possibility of Extension) Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+/C1)

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for complex enterprise applications. You will lead the end-to-end design process—from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and engineering handoff—while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex workflows into simple, scalable, and engaging experiences. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously to drive design excellence across the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for complex, workflow-heavy enterprise applications.
• Research & Insights: Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to translate insights into intuitive design solutions.
• UX/UI Artifacts: Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
• Systems Thinking: Define scalable interaction patterns, component libraries, and design systems for enterprise platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Handoff & QA: Deliver detailed engineering handoffs, support front-end implementation, and conduct design QA to ensure high-quality execution.
• Iterative Design: Continuous refinement of design solutions based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
• Next-Gen Experiences: Contribute to the design of modern, scalable, and AI-enabled enterprise applications.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience: 6+ years of professional experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Tooling Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Figma, including interactive prototyping, component libraries, and design systems.
• UX Mastery: Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, user flows, wireframing, and systems thinking.
• User Research: Proven track record of independently planning, executing, and synthesizing user research and usability studies.
• Technical & Business Alignment: Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)

• Experience designing AI-enabled or workflow-heavy enterprise platforms.
• Working understanding of front-end implementation principles (HTML/CSS, component-based frameworks).
