The Opportunity

We are seeking an autonomous, analytical Senior Accountant to drive core accounting operations and support financial accuracy for one of our premier international clients.

In this role, you won't just keep the books—you will take full ownership of financial integrity, streamline month-end processes, and partner directly with cross-border finance teams. How You'll Make an Impact:

Financial Mastery: Oversee general ledger activities, review journal entries, and ensure all balance sheet accounts and bank reconciliations reflect absolute precision.

Closing Ownership: Own the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing cycles without missing a beat.

Process Elevation: Identify process bottlenecks, drive automation, and collaborate with international finance teams to elevate accounting efficiency.

Audit & Compliance: Serve as a key resource for internal and external audits, ensuring strict adherence to global accounting standards and internal policies.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze transaction flows across AP/AR, resolve complex discrepancies, and deliver meaningful financial reporting to leadership.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in general ledger management, month-end closings, and financial reporting.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Excel mastery (non-negotiable).

Direct experience with modern ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).

Standards & Compliance: Strong foundation in core accounting principles (US GAAP or IFRS knowledge is a major plus).

Global Mindset: Experience collaborating with US-based or international cross-border teams (Preferred).

Communication: Upper-intermediate to fluent English proficiency (B2+).

Location & Setup: Based in LATAM, fully equipped and available to work full-time in a remote environment.
