About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Back End Developer to contribute to the development of modern supply chain and logistics solutions.

This role focuses on building reliable, scalable backend services that power operational workflows and user-facing systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to design and deliver well-scoped, high-impact features.

The ideal candidate combines strong backend fundamentals, production experience in cloud environments, and a thoughtful approach to engineering quality and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of medium-sized features or services, with guidance from staff engineers or technical leads when needed.
• Debug and improve production systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Evaluate tradeoffs, propose technical solutions, and deliver well-scoped improvements.
• Collaborate with product and business partners to deeply understand problem statements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct thoughtful code reviews and help maintain a high engineering standard across the team.
• Write documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to testing practices, ensuring robust unit and integration test coverage in CI pipelines.

Basic Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working with both modern and legacy systems.
• Strong collaboration mindset with the ability to contribute in team environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Technical Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience building production software using Golang and Node.js / TypeScript.
• Experience working with data stores such as Redis and relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, or similar).
• Experience with job-queueing or streaming systems (e.g., SQS, Kafka, Kinesis) is a plus.
• Experience building or operating services in cloud environments (AWS or similar).
• Experience developing and integrating APIs (internal and external).
• Strong experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests within CI pipelines.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, or similar).

Nice to Have

• Experience building or supporting systems that generate or render user-facing output (e.g., web UIs, templates, or generated artifacts).
• Exposure to distributed systems or high-availability architectures.
