Oracle CPQ Commerce Developer (Mid-Level) Remote Latam ID #00339

We are seeking a talented Oracle CPQ Commerce Developer with hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud to join a growing digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle CPQ Commerce processes and will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing CPQ solutions that streamline sales operations, improve quoting accuracy, and support complex product and pricing models.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Oracle CPQ Commerce solutions and transaction workflows.
• Develop and optimize product configuration models, pricing rules, and quoting processes.
• Create and customize dynamic quote and proposal templates using Oracle CPQ Document Designer.
• Manage and maintain Data Tables, product catalogs, pricing structures, and business rules.
• Configure integrations between Oracle CPQ and external platforms such as CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and middleware solutions.
• Develop UX enhancements and custom functionality using JavaScript and Oracle CPQ scripting capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while ensuring optimal platform performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.
• Participate in solution design sessions, testing activities, deployment support, and production issue resolution.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and process documentation.
• Stay current with Oracle CPQ releases, product updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience working with Oracle CPQ Cloud.
• Strong experience with Oracle CPQ Commerce functionality and end-to-end quote-to-order processes.
• Proven ability to design and support production-grade CPQ solutions.
• Experience configuring product models, pricing rules, approval workflows, and quote generation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle CX, Oracle ERP, SAP, or middleware solutions.
• Knowledge of Advanced Configuration Models and rule-based pricing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Document Designer.
• Experience managing Data Tables and complex data structures.
• Oracle CPQ UX customization experience.
• JavaScript and BML scripting knowledge.
• Experience working in manufacturing, high-tech, telecommunications, or other industries with configurable products.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Oracle CPQ certifications are a plus.
