About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst with 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or finance operations.

This is an execution-focused role supporting a U.S.-based enterprise procurement team. The position centers on purchase order processing, ERP system updates, SLA compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in structured, ticket-based environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process internal sourcing and purchasing requests.
  • Convert approved requests into Purchase Orders (POs) within ERP systems.
  • Manage PO updates, revisions, and change requests.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement records and documentation.
  • Monitor SLAs and complete tasks within defined timelines.
  • Support audit readiness by gathering and organizing required documentation.
  • Communicate with U.S.-based stakeholders regarding PO status and process updates.
  • Support data cleanup, reporting, and ERP system updates.
  • Manage procurement-related tickets and workflow queues.

Basic Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, supply chain, or finance operations support.
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar.
  • Experience working in SLA-driven or ticket-based environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Experience in shared services, BPO, or global enterprise environments.
  • Basic reporting or data analysis experience.
