We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to become part of our regional development team. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and previous experience operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in facilitating Scrum events, driving effective Iteration execution, and coaching Agile Teams to optimize business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate key Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure smooth Iteration execution and Program Increment (PI) execution.
- Provide guidance and coaching to Agile Teams on adhering to Agile principles and practices.
- Identify and address impediments to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to align efforts across teams.
- Promote DevOps implementation and continuous delivery practices.
Qualifications:
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification.
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development practices.
- Awareness of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Lean, LeSS, or Nexus.
- Previous leadership experience within an Agile team environment.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Advanced knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Proven ability to work with distributed, multi-cultural teams.
