o Java Middleware – Jboss EAP, WebLogic, WebSphere, etc.
o IIS
o JDBC Connectivity
o Apache HTTP/Tomcat
o NGINX
o Apigee
o MQ
o KAFKA
o OPENSHIFT

- Strong customer service skills with high level of professionalism, and ability to work with complex situations.
- Deep troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
