- React Native production experience
- TypeScript
- State management: Redux (must include at least one of Redux Toolkit and/or Redux‑Saga).
- Full‑stack capability: Node.js backend experience.
- Proven ability to work in and improve large legacy codebases (maintenance + modernization).
- Advanced englishh
Good to Have
- AWS and Azure experience
- Data fetching & caching: React Query (or equivalent modern async data layer).
- Forms: React Hook Form and/or Formik
- UI systems: Chakra UI and/or Tailwind CSS; Styled Components.
- Architecture / modularization: Feature Sliced Design (or comparable modular architecture discipline).
- WebView experience in mobile apps.
- Web components / Lit exposure (useful if product blends web + mobile surfaces).
- Unit + component testing: Jest + React Testing Library.
- Visual regression testing is a plus (e.g., Loki).
