Join our team as a Communications and Content Coordinator! We are transforming the lives of Latin America engineers by bridging them to US opportunities. Contribute to our B2B communication strategies, create engaging content, and manage our social media, reporting directly to the CMO. Work with freelance designers and writers, ensuring brand alignment. Ideal candidates have strong B2B experience, English native proficiency, and a knack for diverse content creation. ● Contribute to the development and implementation of B2B communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote key messages.
● Ensure alignment with and a high level of respect for brand tone, style, and brandbook guidelines.
● Supervise the entire process of content publication—from writing and editing to proofreading and publishing.
○ Develop and create engaging and informative written content for various B2B platforms, including websites, social media, blog, case studies, social selling, and other marketing channels.
○ Craft clear and compelling communication materials, such as sales collaterals, newsletters, and email campaigns.
○ Manage and curate content for B2B social media platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice and engage with the target audience.
○ Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to support all the marketing efforts, including SEO optimization, email marketing, sales pitching, events communication and online advertising.

● Coordinate with freelance visual designers and copywriters ensuring timely content delivery.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content development.
● Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation.
● Analyze and report on the performance of content and communication initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.


● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 
● Proven experience (2 years) in content creation and communications within the B2B sector.
● Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt content for different B2B audiences and platforms.
● Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
● English proficiency at a native level.

*Experience in the technology/recruiting industry.
*Spanish (intermediate at least)

Nice to have:

● Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visually
appealing B2B content.
● Knowledge of B2B SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for
search engines.
● Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Tools.
● Experience in the technology/recruiting industry.
