This candidate will be the line manager for a team of Desktop Support Engineers that are based at different locations across BuenosAires They will manage our internal ticketing system (called ServiceNow) interact with customer and ESP Service Desk, interact with ESP’s Service Delivery Teams.
* Must be able to speak and write in Spanish and English
* Must have man management experience
* Must have an understanding of Desktop Support and providing a service to customer
This is a full time position, 100% remote.
