Position Overview:

Reporting to the Regional Human Resource Director, the Sr. HRBP performs a generalist position, with a wide
variety of HR duties.

The candidate focus will be on the “hard” part of HR (benefits, administration, reporting, constant contact with the finance & Administration department, follow up of Payroll, recruitment/selection, performance reviews,compensation plans, Christmas party and yearly events, health and safety, etc.. across all offices in LATAM (5 countries).

Main Functions:

– The Sr. HRBP will not be doing the monthly payroll (it´s outsourced) but will be responsible for the follow up of
the process (payments, invoicing, payment to contractors, overtime, benefits & expenses in all 5 countries in LATAM

– Reporting (weekly and monthly) to the main quarter of the company
– Employee cost estimation and reports
– Recruitments and selection process in LATAM
– Support in the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
– Train employees and managers on processes, policies and tools as required.
– Support all employee's requests and questions regarding Human Resources matters.
– Ensure all employee data is up to date and recorded in SAP.
– Monitor training needs in assigned locations and work with Academy in making them happen.
– Monitors performance evaluation program in alignment with Corporate Human Resources.
– Monitors career development programs and succession planning.
– Provide support to foreign employees with labor and immigration processes.
– Coordination of corporative events: End-of-the-year party, Children´s & Family´s Day, graduation and birthday
celebrations, thematic parties (spring, Halloween, Valentine´s Day, among others.)
– Coordination of internal HR programs such as Referral program star of the month, internal newsletter, among others.
– Take care of Cordoba office work environment and motivation of employees.
– Conducts exits interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management for corrective action
and continuous improvement.

Skills and knowledge required

– Knowledge of Argentina´s local labor & Taxes laws
– Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

– Advanced English (written and oral) – NOT MANDATORY

Experience:

+ 5 years in HR generalist positions, especially in the Hard part of HR or Administration department
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology or Human Resources (not mandatory)
Travel requirement:
Up to 10% of the time
