We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our team! Our client works within the Financial Marketing industry and are based in Chicago, IL. Their platform exchanges the widest range of global benchmark products across all major asset classes.

Basic Qualifications

Upper Intermediate/Advanced English skills

Self-starter, fast learner and flexible to support new technologies, as well as legacy applications

Responsibilities

Analysis of new features
Documentation of test cases
Manual testing
Collaboration in test planning stages
Collaboration in the implementation of new tools for the test automation framework.
Requirements

2+ years experience working with manual testing.
Strong background in documentation.
Working knowledge of java applications on LINUX/UNIX OS.
Familiarity with Agile SDLC (preferably worked at an agile environment before).
Good understanding of Jira, Ticket assignment.
Able to understand simple to complex requirements.
Familiarity with bug tracking system.
Strong QA knowledge.
Familiarity with Oracle Database interaction using SQL (DDL, DML)
Experience with messaging systems, JMS, Tibco (RV/FTL) and Kafka
Working experience of automated UC4 scheduler
Experience with automated testing systems such as cucumber preferred
