Nuestro cliente es una empresa de tecnología y soluciones a nivel global. Se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Business Analyst

Business analyst for Reconciliations, configures technology tools to provide automated controls to
various business processes.
Skilled at gathering user requirements and mapping them to defined technology processes in a methodological manner. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze user requirements and translate them into technology solutions in alignment to the existing
infrastructure and operating procedures.
Configure Reconciliation tools following best practices and maximizing use of available functionality.
Perform configuration of new reconciliation processes, coordinate user acceptance testing and implement in Production environment.
Coordinate with local and regional IT teams for the setup of application interfaces.Provide user support for main applications.
Technical Knowledge:
Clear understanding of Data Structures and Interfaces. Oracle or relational DB expertise with strong SQL skills. Basic Linux/Unix expertise with shell scripting knowledge. Advanced Microsoft Office tools skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred.
Familiarity with data transfer protocols preferred. Problem Solving
Analyze issues and propose actions for resolution without compromising stability or data integrity.
Ability to identify root cause of problems and define permanent fixes.
Functional Knowledge:
Basic Change Control and Application Delivery
Project Development under the SDLC.
Business Expertise
Basic understanding of Accounting and Internal Controls.
Basic understanding of the transaction lifecycle

Others: 
Ability to conduct business in English (required)
Maintain constant communication with users and Technology staff
Self-disciplined with very high sense of responsibility

Serás el responsable de gestionar el ciclo de vida de los requerimientos de punta a punta, comunicación directa con los stakeholders de las diferentes unidades de negocio y garantizar las entregas y avances en tiempo y forma. Participar en call de seguimientos en inglés, cuando se necesario. Apoyar a los Business representative en la gestión y seguimiento de entregas y avances de desarrollos de aplicaciones del negocio.

Requisitos para el puesto:
Inglés Avanzado
Conocimientos o participacion en proyectos del sector financiero
Formación universitaria completa. (Recibido).”
