The opportunity

This is an exclusive opportunity to work as Portfolio Manager within the Client Technology Business Management office overseeing the management of a portfolio of global and regionally sponsored products. You will drive portfolio-level planning, forecast roll-up, analysis and reporting and utilizing consistent processes, tools, and reporting.

Your key responsibilities

You will spend most of your time facilitating and supporting the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and governance of an investment portfolio(s). This will include ensuring alignment of the financial budget with the product portfolio and driving consistency and accuracy in financial management, use of tools, and transparency in reporting and reviews. This will entail that you collaborate and build trusted and effective working relationships with Business Management Leadership, Product Managers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders across Client Technology. In addition, you will support initiatives to drive process improvements and increased efficiencies in portfolio management processes and tool.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with ability to influence
Excellent relationship management skills (customer mindset) with the ability to work with all levels, covering multiple geographies and time zones
Exceptional technical and analytical skills with logical and organized approach to problem resolution
Financial acumen and extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to support financial analysis and reporting
Ability to work independently, prioritizing with a sense of urgency personal and team workloads to best meet objectives

Ideally, you’ll also have

Proven experience in IT-related portfolio and/or program management roles
Proficiency working in large programs of work and leading teams in program execution
Understanding of Client Technology’s operate model and supporting portfolio/financial data and systems
