A MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or 5 years of proven experience in a similar position.

Strong technical skills and relevant experience in managing distributed systems in container scheduling platforms (bonus: Kubernetes).

You know the Cloud like the back of your hand and are used to managing workloads as well as designing reliable architectures in the major Cloud Platforms (bonus: Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services).

You’re used to managing your infrastructure as code (bonus: Terraform).

Experience in designing, developing and maintaining backend applications (bonus: Nodejs, Typescript experience).
Experience with observability and monitoring tools like DataDog, grafana+prometheus. etc.

Experience with NoSQL document-based data stores like MongoDB, ElasticSearch and Redis.
Experience managing distributed data. High availability and automatic failovers are everyday topics for you.
Experience with git and GitHub (bonus: GitHub API).

Lead moderate to highly complex programming tasks and provide code reviews for various development tasks.

Obsessive attention to detail in delivering high quality solutions, which include not just code but documentation and process definitions.

Participate in system design and specifications, program logic and flow-charting, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and support.

Proficient about security standards, both in the application layer, network topology, cloud architecture and resource configuration.
