Technical Requirements: • Advance proficiency with Salesforce.com development. • Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, JavaScript, Force.com platform and third party applications. • Advance proficiency in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality and integration. • Software Development experience (at least Four year experience) in Salesforce. • Demonstrable experience in relational databases design (SQL, MySQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL). • Experience with Agile approaches (XP, Scrum, etc.), principles and practices (TDD, automation, simple design, etc.). • Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming and service oriented architecture. • Stakeholder contact and assistance. • Experience in defining architectural components medium to large; Knowledge and experience in different design patterns and architecture. • Experience in monitoring the quality ensuring the smooth functioning of work delivered. Experience in defining quality processes that affect their environment. Enter code review and test cases.* • Demonstrable experience in defining components of any complexity of a domain model.* • Experience in web services standards and related technologies (XML, SOAP, JiBX, Velocity etc.). • Experience with unit testing (experience with test driven development is a plus). • A Bachelor degree, or in progress, of Computer Science or equivalent experience. • Intermediate written and verbal English skills is a plus.
