We are currently looking for a Mobile Lead. Our client is an Integrated Heath Science company that offers continuing education for health & wellness providers, skilled manual and movement based physical therapy and sports rehabilitation, and products for the general population to improve their function and decrease pain.

Responsabilities

• Lead a team by assigning tasks
• Assist in the completion of all tasks to meet deadlines
• Train and ensure the safety of team members.
• Maintain and improve quality.
• Follow all safety rules and practices.
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure solutions and engineering delivery in the Java area using the best technology feasible.
• Coding in a fully Agile environment following XP practices.
• Working with key stakeholders and colleagues.
• Working as part of a team, encourage innovation & best practices.
• Problem solving with alternative approaches and in consultation with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Intermediate/advanced English Skills
• Leverage of Nativescript.
• Angular and Java and MySQL for web development.
• Experience in medium to large scale consumer facing product.
• Proven track record building and releasing new products from conception to production.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of mobile specific tools, best practices and challenges.
• Ability to manage and foster change.
• Ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals and results.
• Good organizational and office management skills.
• Great cognitive and communications skills.
• Great analytical skills.
• Good business acumen and sense of urgency to achieve business results.
